Online Felt & Straw Hat Policy

When placing an online order for a felt or straw hat with El Herradero Western Outfitters, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

  1. Sizing & Fit 

Purchasing a hat online comes with the risk that it may not fit exactly as expected, since you are unable to try it on in person prior to purchase. 

Customers are strongly encouraged to try on the hat style and size they are considering at their local western store before placing an online order. By proceeding with your order, you accept this risk. 

  1. Shaping Policy 

Once a hat has been shaped, it becomes a final sale item and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Each hat is shaped specifically to your preferences, making it unique to you. 

We will always reach out to you before shaping and before shipping your hat to confirm details and ensure everything is to your liking. 

  1. Returns & Exchanges 

Hats that have been shaped cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 

Only unshaped hats in their original, unworn condition may be considered for return, subject to approval. 

  1. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility 

Once your order has been shipped, El Herradero Western Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) assume full responsibility for the safe delivery of your package. Customers must file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the carrier.
